Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Non-Edible Animal Products Disposal Act of 25 January 2004 (BGBl. I p. 82) and the Rheinland-Pfalz Animal Disease Law of 24 June 1986. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct implementation of the afore-mentioned Act in Rheinland-Pfalz. The text consists of 7 articles.
