Abstract

These Regulations, made for purposes European Communities Legislation (Implementation) (Jersey) Law 1996, specify conditions and place restrictions on the movement of pet animals. The Regulations apply and enforce within Jersey those provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 998/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council that regulate the movement of pet animals listed in Parts A (dogs and cats) and B (ferrets) of Annex I to the Community Regulation.
