Regulation 22 is amended to include all crops other than grass and use of appropriate measures when a subsequent crop cannot be sown (measures to prevent erosion of the soil). Regulation 23 is amended to remove restrictions applying only to late harvested crops. Regulation 30 is amended to make non-compliance with Regulations 22 and 24 an offence without a reasonable excuse.
