Abstract

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Wine Act in its version of 18 January 2011 ((BGBl. I p. 66). In particular, the Act rewords article 6 on Replanting of vines; article 6a is added concerning transformation of existing planting rights; article 7 is replaced by the following: Article 7 on Determination of percentage of new plantings; Article 7a on Approval of projects; article 7b on Determination of priority criteria; Article 7c Responsibilities and procedures; Article 7d on Use of authorization; Article 7e on Areas excluded from authorization system.
