Abstract

The present Regulations enforce the Fisheries Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. F-14). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to fishing in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Regulations consists of 76 sections divided into 2 Parts as follows: General (I); Salmon, char and trout fishing (coastal waters of Labrador) (II). Twelve Schedules are enclosed.
