Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Bavarian Water Law in its version of 19 July 1994. The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to navigation on all surface waters in Bavaria except for the Lake Constance and the federal waterways. The text consists of 61 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Sphere of application, definition of terms, duty to authorize (I); Provisions on authorization (II); Provisions on traffic (III); Final provisions (IV).
