Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Saxon Nature Protection Law of 16 November 1993. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment and composition of nature protection advisory boards in the Free State of Saxon. The text consists of 9 articles as follows: tasks of the Board (1), Composition (2); Appointment, term of office and representation (3); Right to submit proposals (4); Conduct of management (5); Decision-making (6); Compensation (7); Transitional provisions (8); Entry into force (9).
