Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Saxony Nature Protection Law in its version of 11 October 1994. In particular, the Ordinance establishes the “Nature Park Dübener Heide”. The aim of the Park is, inter alia, to conserve the native animal and plant environment and their natural eco-systems. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Establishment (1); Area description and delimitation (2); Protective purpose (3); Protection and development areas (4); Institution responsible for management (5); Development and conservation concept (6); Special provisions (7); Entry into force (8). Two Annexes are enclosed.
