Abstract

This plan, prepared under the Nature Conservation Act 1992, concerns problem crocodiles, i.e. crocodiles in the wild which are, or are likely to be, a sources of danger to humans, stock or dogs. The plans provides for the taking of crocodiles, and related permit procedure (Part 2), and for the keeping of identified crocodiles (Part 3).
