This Order enters into force on 10 March 2004.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 11 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, determines the seasons, dates and places for the taking of partly protected wildlife which include birds and mammals specified in the text. Amendments deal with open season for different wild fauna (birds and mammals) and related commercial licences.
