This Regulation implements the Nature Conservation Act 1992. It provides for the dedication of each area of Land Act reserve, as described in the Schedule, as a forest reserve. Each forest needs to be managed on the basis of a management plan and the administration of each forest is subject to inspection of authorized officers. The Regulation is completed by one Schedule that lists the names and borders of each forest reserve in Queensland.
