Abstract These Regulations, made under the Natural Resources Conservation Authority Act, prescribe the requirement of an air pollutant discharge licence for major polluting facilities, provide emission standards and guidelines for the testing and monitoring of air pollution, introduce the requirements of ambient air quality assessments and continuous emissions monitoring systems and grant powers to the Natural Resources Conservation Authority for the control and management of air pollution in Jamaica.
