Abstract

These Regulations amend the Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2007 by updating a reference to the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2009 in regulation 3 and by providing that nothing in the principal Regulations prevents a bottle being marked or labelled with any other language in addition to English.
