The present Regulations enter into force on 1 January 2004.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Food and Drugs Act R.S. (1985, c. F-27). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to natural health products. Section 5 establishes that an application for a product licence shall be submitted to the Minister and shall contain the information and documents listed in this article. The text consists of 116 sections divided into 6 Parts as follows: Product licences (1); Site licences (2); Good manufacturing practices (3); Clinical trials involving human subjects (4); General (5); Amendment, transitional provisions and coming into force (6). Two Schedules are enclosed.
