Abstract The present Regulations enact the Food and Drugs Act R.S. (1985, c. F-27). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to natural health products. Section 5 establishes that an application for a product licence shall be submitted to the Minister and shall contain the information and documents listed in this article.
