Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Mines and Minerals Act (RSA 2000, c. M-17). The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the payment of royalties concerning natural gas. The text consists of 37 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: General (1); Royalty (2); Administration and enforcement (3); Consequential amendments, repeal and expiry (4). Eight Schedules are enclosed.
