Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 13 sections divided into four Parts and completed by two Schedules, implement the Native Vegetation Act 1991 by specifying the definition of native vegetation, listing the species of vegetation covered by the regulations, calling for compliance with management plans, defining restrictions on clearance of vegetation and providing the necessary forms.
