Abstract These regulations, made under the Native Title (State Provisions) Act 1999 consisting of 28 sections and completed by two Schedules, aim at implementing the above mentioned Act, by regulating the following issues: Prescribed information and requirements; Form and lodgment of form for objection; material and fees to accompany application; Contents of determination; Transitional: programme for dealing with existing mining applications, etc. The two Schedules specify Forms and related Witness fees and allowances.
