Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Canada National Parks Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the construction of visitor centres and resort subdivisions in national parks. The Schedule lists areas designated as towns, visitor centres or resort subdivisions as set out in the Schedule. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Schedule.
