Abstract

These Regulations shall apply to National Parks as specified in regulation 3. They provide for matters such as: entry and residence in National Park, restriction on entry and exit, declaration of arms and ammunition by persons passing through National Park, entry into National Park at night and other restrictions on entry and movement with or without vehicles including boats, restriction on building an other forms of land improvement in National Park, prohibition of destruction of vegetation, restriction against lighting of fires for domestic purposes, prohibition of removal of trophies, etc., within National Park, prohibition of disturbance of predator, feeding of wild animals, restriction on fishing, prohibition of pollution against litter, restriction on trading, powers of wildlife police officers and offences and penalties. Schedule 1 contains prescribed forms. (29 regulations completed by two Schedules)
