Abstract

Every trophy dealer shall by means of a trophy dealers' register keep and maintain records and make returns of all trophies acquired by him and shall, in respect of every trophy bought, sold or otherwise transferred or dealt in by him, record in the said register within forty-eight hours of any such transaction the particulars specified in the aforesaid register. Any returns to which this Regulation applies shall be submitted to the Director every three months.
