Abstract

These Regulations implement the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972 by providing specifications on the management of national parks. The Regulations provide for access to natural reserves, restrictions on the use of vehicles and boats, fire control, the protection of animals, scientific research, the pollution of waters, licences and for enforcement.
