Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 38 sections divide dinto five Parts and completed by three Schedules, implement the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972 by providing specifications on kangaroo harvesting operations. The Regulations cover tags for kangaroos, permits and defines related duties and responsibilities along with offences for violations of provisions of these Regulations.
