They also prohibit the exportation of ivory rhinoceros horn and other than manufactured articles therefrom, provided that the Minister may authorise a department of the Government to export ivory or rhinoceros horn for or on behalf of any other person. Any person, including a holder of a trophy dealer's permit, shall be prohibited from dealing in, or be in possession of, rhinoceros horn or ivory. No new trophy dealer's permit shall be issued. Any contravention of these Regulations shall be punishable in accordance with the provisions of the National Parks and Wildlife Act.
