Abstract

These Regulations provide for various matters relative to bird sanctuaries. "Bird sanctuary" means an area referred to in the First Schedule. Any person who normally resides or intends to reside in an area covered by a bird sanctuary may apply to the Director for a resident permit. A person, other than a prescribed category of persons shall not enter a bird sanctuary or remain or reside therein without an appropriate permit issued under these Regulations.
