Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Wildlife and National Parks Act of 1993 so as to provide for the control of selected activities marine reserves or in other reserved lands. Activities may require the permission of the Director of National Parks and Conservation Service. Other activities are in all circumstances prohibited. The Director may establish or designate camping areas on any reserved land.
