Abstract

This Order details the processes by which DENR and related institutions and agencies shall set, administer and manage the NIPAS overall, focusing particularly on biodiversity conservation and sustainable development. The implementation is in reality a sort of detailed enunciation and explanation of the the previously promulgated NIPAS Act.
