The Rules concern registration and notice of appeals, hearings, interventions of third parties, decisions by the Tribunal on appeals, etc. Any person who is aggrieved by any determination or decision of the National Environment Management Authority or any of its Committees or officers as specified in section 129 of the Act may appeal to the Tribunal in accordance with these Rules. The Tribunal may, at its discretion, if both or all the parties to an appeal agree in writing upon the terms on which an appeal or issue should be decided, confirm the agreement reached by such parties and decide accordingly.
