Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 37 of the Federal Environmental Protection Agency Act, provide for control of discharge by industries in Nigeria. No industry or facility shall release hazardous or toxic substances into the air, water or land of Nigeria's ecosystems beyond limits approved by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency.
