Matters covered by the Regulations include: permit application procedure; mode of application; specific information to be contained in the permit; various chargeable fees; acknowledgment, assessment, approval or refusal of a permit; notice to the applicant; appeal by application; amendment and renewal of permit and specific procedure; suspension and cancellation of permit and related grounds, including: carrying out a business permit in a manner constituting an immediate threat to public health and safety of the ecosystem; powers and decision of the Agency concerning suspension and cancellation of permits; procedure for re-hearing and appeals; reapplication; definition of relevant terms.
