Abstract

These Regulations, made under the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (Establishment) Act, 2007, prohibit: the sale, import or export or of products containing ozone-depleting substances listed in the Third Schedule. They also provide for the phasing-out and packaging and labelling of ozone-depleting substances and define powers of the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency.
