According to these Regulations, which apply the Polluter Pays Principle, a facility or a corporate of the sector shall submit to the competent Agency proper environmental statements and plans; shall set up a functional emergency plan and efficient measures to combat pollution hazard and global warming; shall ensure the application of best practices in waste minimisation, utilisation and disposal; shall inform the Agency about the use of chemical products.
