Abstract

This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, made under sections 45(2)(a), 52(4), 55(3) and 69(1) of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 prescribes the fee arrangements relative to applications for waste management licences as set out in the Schedule. They, among other things, specify the amount to be charged for the consideration and processing of applications (or transfer of renewal) of waste management licences, for which a basic assessment or a basic assessment or scoping and an environmental impact assessment is required.
