Section 67 provides that the Minister must publish a list of those alien species in respect of which a permit mentioned in section 65(1) may not be issued. Section 65 of the Act prohibits the carrying out a restricted activity involving a specimen of an alien species without a permit issued in terms of Chapter 7.
