Abstract

These Regulations amend the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) Regulations in relation with, among other things: the power of the Minister to issue import and export permits or certificates; applications for such permits or certificates; and fees for such permits and certificates.
