Abstract

The purpose of these Regulations, made under the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency Act, is to prevent and minimise pollution to the environment from all operations and activities related to the construction sector. According to these Regulations, a facility or a corporate of the sector shall submit to the competent Agency an emergency response plan, environmental plans and shall implement best practices and pollution prevention measures.
