Abstract

This Order of the Cabinet, made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7 and 50 of the National Conservation Law, 2013, after consultation with the Council and adjoining land owners, designates areas of land specified in Schedule 1 as protected areas. Section 8 of the Law sets out the purposes for which areas may be designated as protected areas.
