Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Cabinet in accordance with the powers conferred by section 50 of the National Conservation Law, 2013, prescribe fees chargeable for applications for permits and licences and for permits and licences under the Law. They also require the National Conservation Council to prepare and publish in the Gazette and in such other media as it considers necessary the forms required under the Law for permits and licences and for the applications for such permits and licences.
