The Foundation shall, among other thins, contribute to the conservation of endangered plants of Seychelles through ex-situ conservation programmes. It shall also undertake specialist services such as plant identification and offer specialist consultancy services. The President shall appoint a Board to manage the Foundation. The Minister may make Regulations for the better carrying out of the objects of this Act.
