Abstract

These Regulations set out the requirements for unauthorized boats operating in the mussel seed fishery. The Regulations apply within the exclusive fishery limits of the State. In these Regulations “authorization” means: (a) an authorization granted under section 13 of the Sea-Fisheries and Maritime Jurisdiction Act 2006; or (b) a licence granted by the relevant competent authority in Northern Ireland, to fish for mussel seed.
