Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the First Nations Commercial and Industrial Development Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the exploration of potash. For the purpose of the present Regulations project means project means the exploration for potash and the development of potash located within the project lands and the construction, modification, operation, decommissioning, reclamation and abandonment of a solution potash mine on those project lands. The text consists of 44 sections and 3 Schedules.
