The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 July 1997.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Nature and Cultural Heritage Protection Act of 1 July 1966. In particular, the purpose of the present Ordinance is to protect and conserve wild growing mushrooms in the area of the Canton. The text – consisting of 9 articles – deals with the following aspects: purpose and sphere of application, limitation of mushroom gathering, protected areas, protection of species, competence, supervision, penalties and entry into force.
