Abstract

This Act prohibits without a licence to fish and to catch or damage birds or turtles or take any eggs of them within a specified area called the Morant and Pedro Cays or inside the outer limits of the territorial sea. The Act shall also be prohibited to trespass without a reasonable excuse the specified area. The Act also confers powers of enforcement upon Fishery Inspectors.
