Landing of a quantity of monkfish in excess of 150 kilograms shall be notified by the master of the vessels and may require approval of the sea-fisheries protection officer. Landing or transhipping of monkfish by and Irish or foreign fishing boat of monkfish in excess of 750 kilograms shall be done only at specified ports.
