The master of an Irish sea-fishing boat shall store monkfish separately from other fish retained on board the boat and, if requested by a sea-fisheries protection officer, he or she shall not land monkfish at any port or landing place unless on each occasion a sea-fisheries protection officer has given prior approval of the landing.
