Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions aimed at authorizing certain organs to analyse water and waste water in Brandenburg. In order to do so, the examining body shall have to submit all necessary documents to the Water Office of Brandenburg as laid down in article 4. The related authorization shall be granted only after careful consideration. The text deals with the following issues: sphere of application, definition of terms, authorizations granted to private bodies to carry out water examination, conditions for admission, special duties and analysis. The text consists of 12 articles.
