Abstract

Official phytosanitary certificates and phytosanitary certificates for re-export accompanying plants, plant products or other objects listed in Part B of Annex V to Directive 2000/29/EC coming from third countries which are parties to the International Plant Protection Convention, shall be accepted exclusively if they have been issued in accordance with the models specified in Schedule I hereto.
