Abstract

This Decree, considering the characterization and classification process for national surface waters, rivers, lakes, waters of marine-coastal zones and domain, and transitional waters, here amends certain provisions part of the Legislative Decree No. 152 approving the Code on the Environment (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Italy 88/2006.
