Abstract This Decree lays down provisions on the classification principles, packaging, and labelling of chemicals referred to in section 19 of the Chemicals Act and articles 5 and 16 of the Chemicals Decree. It applies to preparations which have been classified as dangerous under this Decree or contain at least one substance classified as dangerous.
