Article 64 of the above-mentioned decree establishes the issue of a notice certifying the proper cleaning and disinfection of vehicles before and after the transport of animals. In addition to the information required by article 64 of Decree No. 320 of 1954, article 3 of the Ordinance requires the indication of the registration number of the vehicle and the time and place where the disinfection has been carried out.
