Abstract

Premier orders to validate for the period of 2002: 1). Industrial quotas for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity allocated to the regions of the Russian Federation which territories adjoin sea-coast destined for the distribution among the declarants that deliver fish raw materials to fish processing enterprises situated on the territory of the Russian Federation or sell fish products on the national territory (in accordance with the Annex 1); 2). Quotas for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for scientific, research purposes, control and stock enhancement purposes on the basis of scientific programs and plans of resource analysis (in accordance with the Annex 2).
